The latest group stage games will be played tonight. In group A, City and Napoli can still take the second place. City host Bayern, who are already firsts, while Napoli move in Spain to try to take 3 points and assure their qualification.
In group B, Scenario is clear for Lille. They have to beat Trabzonspor to be sure to take the second place. Trabzonspor can content with a draw. Inter Milan host CSKA Moscow. The Russians can still hope to reach the round of 16 if they win and if Lille – Trabzon end with a draw.
The group C seems tough to decrypt with 3 teams in really closes, but it’s really simple. Benfica is already qualified and United have to make a draw or win their game in Switzerland against Basel.
In group D, Real will move with a B team at Amsterdam to match Ajax. The Dutch team has to take at least one point at home and will be present in the next round. Lyon hope that Real will do the job. Lisandro and his teammates have to win with big score in Croatia against Dinamo Zagreb while Ajax lose against Madrid. |
